How we use your information

This questionnaire is run by NAPC Limited, the planning consultancy preparing your application. The answers you give — including information about health and care needs — are used for one purpose only: to prepare a personal statement supporting your planning or Certificate of Lawfulness application.

• We only collect what you choose to tell us, and we ask for your explicit consent before you send your answers.
• Your answers are stored securely and are only seen by the NAPC team working on your application.
• The draft statement is sent to you to check, amend and approve before anything is submitted to the council.
• If you ask us to, we will request that the council does not publish your statement on its public planning portal.
• We never use your information for marketing, and this site uses no analytics or tracking.
• You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or permanently delete the information you’ve provided — just contact NAPC.

Once your application is complete and the information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
